Facebook for Android app has been updated to version 1.8.2 and is now available to the masses. This brings the usual unknown bug fixes and will also give you better memory management. Reading over the comments on Facebook itself, users are also reporting that the “Photo upload works again”, “Awful performance, it now takes even more time to refresh the screens”, “SLOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!”, “load mch faster now!”… seems like a mixed bag.
