First fake Galaxy S III is out!

Well that was quick. The first fake Samsung Galaxy S III is out and ready for purchase from the Android-Sale.com website. The price is noticeably lower than the original device and in order to get your Galaxy S III ripoff, you’ll have to shell out just $209. Of course, don’t expect the high-end specs Sammy’s superphone boasts; rather the so called HDC Galaxy S3 comes with a 4.7-inch WVGA (480×800 pixels) screen, 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, VGA front-facing one, 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, HSDPA and Wi-Fi connectivity, 4GB of built-in storage, while Android 2.3 Gingerbread is running the show. Moreover, even though its specs sheet isn’t on par with the original Galaxy S III, at 9.2mm – the HDC “version” is also a thicker device. Guess the Korean giant has some special manufacturing process that can’t be that easily copied.

Now check out the HDC Galaxy S3 in a demo video below and let us know whether you can distinct it from the real deal. Yeah, you should avoid buying these fake devices at any cost…
